3.2 Design team process and products: student cases
In this section you will get some insight into the examples the five design teams came up with and how they were developed.
3.2.6 Third student case: John Pong
The design team John Pong presents their game Twong which is a game concept using rules in innovative ways by combining the operational rules of a structured rule-bound digital game, Pong, with the implicit rules of a very free-form chaotic physical game, Twister (the thinker role). This is done in order to create performative and engaging experiences in public spaces that draw in bystanders and make strangers team up and play with each other (the coder and maker roles).
