Hi I am Jacob. I designed this course in collaboration with Marianne Ping Huang and Anna Lawaetz. I have been the coordinator of a Auditory Culture Masters Elective course at the University of Copenhagen for 7 years and  also taught classes in cultural theory and communication. In my research I have focussed on radio, sonic environments, urban culture, archives and cultural heritage. I am Vice President and founding member of the European Sound Studies Association (ESSA). At the moment I am also organizing a festival for sound art Struer Tracks – and many other things.
